What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end product design process for web and mobile platforms, from discovery and user flows to high-fidelity interfaces.
• Design scalable user experiences that simplify complex financial workflows for both novice and experienced users.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to align design solutions with business objectives.
• Evolve and maintain the design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across all digital products.
• Partner with developers during implementation to ensure design quality and seamless usability.
• Apply product thinking to help shape the long-term experience direction and product strategy.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience designing complex digital products (Fintech, SaaS, or data-intensive environments).
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including experience building and evolving scalable design systems.
• Strong expertise in UX/UI design, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Proven ability to collaborate with developers and understand technical implementation constraints.
• Strong communication skills to explain design rationale and strategic decisions to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment with high ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience with trading platforms, financial products, or data visualization.
• Degree or formal training in Product Design, HCI, Multimedia Design, or Fine Arts.
