What you will do

• Contribute to the evolution of the Total Rewards framework to enhance competitiveness and engagement.
• Lead people analytics initiatives and develop dashboards for actionable workforce insights.
• Manage and monitor the HR budget, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost control.
• Oversee HRIS platforms to ensure data accuracy, system stability, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with business leaders to define HR KPIs and provide strategic recommendations.
• Drive process automation and digitalization to enhance efficiency and data quality.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Business Administration, HR Management, Finance, or Data Analytics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Rewards, people analytics, or HR systems.
• Strong understanding of HRIS platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or BambooHR.
• Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Solid understanding of HR processes, workforce planning, and budgeting.
