Enterprise Account Executive (AI): Driving the adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic deals with top enterprises across EMEA markets with an accent on consultative sales expertise and technical acumen. Focus on driving expansion within key accounts, acquiring new logos in strategic verticals, and influencing the product roadmap based on customer feedback.
Location: Hybrid in London, UK (minimum 25% office attendance)
Salary: £280,000 – £330,000 GBP (OTE)

What you will do
- Execute GTM strategy for specific industry verticals to identify new use cases and win new business.
- Drive strategic expansion within key accounts and acquire new logos across EMEA markets.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outbounding to closing Tier 1 accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, crafting tailored AI solutions and co-innovating on the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to bring new solutions to market and refine value propositions.
- Develop high-impact sales collateral, proposals, and presentations to position AI products effectively.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience driving adoption of emerging technologies with a consultative approach.
- Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and negotiating customized commercial agreements.
- Experience in landing team sales and exceeding revenue targets in fast-paced organizations.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems and build consensus at the C-level.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office according to the hybrid policy.
