TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (AI): Driving new business and strategic growth within large enterprise organizations across the UK and EMEA with an accent on complex sales cycles and positioning AI-powered analytics platforms. Focus on navigating multi-threaded deal environments, building executive-level relationships, and leveraging generative AI to personalize customer engagements at scale.

Location: Hybrid, must be based in London, UK (3 days per week in-office).

What you will do

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from strategic prospecting through negotiation and close.
  • Navigate complex deal structures involving legal, procurement, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to grow market share within target enterprise accounts.
  • Build deep relationships with decision-makers from VP to C-level across business and IT functions.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to executive and technical audiences.
  • Leverage generative AI and automation to personalize messaging, demos, and proposals at scale.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a proven record of quota attainment.
  • Experience selling into enterprise organizations in the UK and/or EMEA markets.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, high-value sales cycles involving legal and procurement.
  • Strong familiarity with the Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data platform ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated AI literacy, including hands-on experience with LLMs to automate tasks and improve productivity.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and executive presence.

Nice to have

  • Experience partnering with AI/ML product teams or participating in early-access/beta programs for new AI technologies.
  • Track record of driving measurable results through the creative application of AI and automation in sales.
