hirify.global is an enterprise influencer marketing platform that manages the full lifecycle of creator campaigns, including discovery, management, and AI-powered analytics for major global brands.

What you will do

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Identify and pursue strategic opportunities across diverse verticals like fashion, luxury, and tech.
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Product, and Campaign teams to develop data-driven enterprise proposals.
  • Consult with brand marketing and growth teams to position the platform as a strategic solution.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast revenue to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events and forums as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in consultative or enterprise sales, preferably in influencer marketing or tech.
  • Proven track record of closing mid-to-large deals (£30k–£150k+).
  • Strong understanding of creator marketing and paid media landscapes.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for boardroom-level interactions.
  • Proficiency in pipeline management tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-performance culture.

Nice to have

  • Experience using AI tools to streamline daily workflows.
  • Previous success scaling enterprise partnerships in high-growth environments.
