What you will do

  • Coordinate safety during the design phase by participating in design reviews and HAZID/HAZOP meetings.
  • Manage HSE aspects for temporary and mobile construction sites during the implementation phase.
  • Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure strict compliance with legal and internal HSE rules.
  • Provide Prevention Adviser support, including drafting safety instructions and performing task-based risk analyses.
  • Create and update procedures, work instructions, and emergency plans.
  • Prepare HSE reports, monitor KPIs, and conduct site audits.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in HSE coordination within engineering or construction projects.
  • Minimum Level 2 Health and Safety Advisor qualification (or equivalent).
  • Level B Safety Coordinator certification for temporary and mobile workplaces.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Solid knowledge of HSE legislation and standards applicable to industrial projects.
