What you will do

• Define and implement standards for the Occupational Health management system, including CMR substance management.
• Analyze hazardous material usage in designs and production to drive phase-out initiatives.
• Identify gaps in compliance with ISO45001 and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external peers to monitor evolving legislation like REACH.
• Analyze data from EHS information systems to prioritize and execute improvement programs.
• Report progress and effectiveness of health management initiatives to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master degree in Industrial Hygiene or Occupational Health Sciences.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an occupational health expert in an industrial setting.
• Proven experience in the preparation and roll-out of occupational health management systems.
• Demonstrable expertise in monitoring physical and chemical exposures.
• Strong networking, organizational, and project management skills.
