What you will do

• Lead the site’s Environmental and Safety Management Systems (EMS/SMS).
• Manage mandatory and voluntary EHS audits to ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and legal regulations.
• Develop and maintain strategic health and safety policies and campaigns to prevent occupational injuries.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Maintenance, and Security on safety and environmental initiatives.
• Facilitate the site Emergency Response Team and manage liability claims.
• Conduct periodic inspections in production departments to identify and mitigate risks.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 7+ years of EHS experience, including previous leadership/management roles within large manufacturing or engineering organizations.
• Proven knowledge and experience with ISO 14001 (EMS) and ISO 45001 (SMS).
• Specialized knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Craigavon, UK facility.
