HSE Process Engineer

Salary: From €53,000 per year.

What you will do

• Audit operations and inspect plants as an internal authority to enforce design standards.
• Ensure projects apply strict risk-assessment tools including HAZID, HAZOP, and ATEX compliance.
• Develop and roll out global programs to guarantee plant reliability and asset maintainability.
• Provide trend analyses, incident investigation reports, and performance metrics to the Group HSE Director.
• Drive cross-site training and share lessons learned to strengthen safety culture.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industrial HSE experience in Renewable Gas or waste-to-X plants.
• Expertise in HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, ATEX, and DSEAR regulations.
• Ability to evaluate multidisciplinary engineering designs using 3D models and P&IDs.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Experience managing start-up risks and leading major incident investigations.
