What you will do

  • Plan, execute, and monitor LiveOps initiatives, including in-game events and promotions, to drive business performance.
  • Manage the end-to-end setup, scheduling, and launch of live events to ensure smooth deployment.
  • Support game economy and monetization improvements across ads, purchases, and rewards.
  • Collaborate with game design, marketing, and data teams to test and iterate on event designs.
  • Analyze game KPIs and A/B tests to measure LiveOps impact and refine strategies.
  • Optimize LiveOps tools, workflows, and operational processes for better efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in LiveOps or Product Management within a mobile gaming environment.
  • Proven ability to manage LiveOps cycles from setup to analysis in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset for interpreting data and making data-informed decisions.
  • Deep understanding of F2P mechanics, rewards, progression, and engagement.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional work with Game Design, Data, and User Acquisition teams.
  • Hands-on experience with LiveOps tools, CRM systems, or A/B testing platforms.
  • This position is not open to relocation and no visa sponsorship is provided.
