What you will do

• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of in-game events, seasonal content, and time-limited offers.
• Monitor live events and lead rapid troubleshooting efforts to minimize downtime and player disruptions.
• Develop and refine LiveOps workflows to improve efficiency and response times.
• Analyze event performance data, player engagement trends, and revenue impact.
• Identify opportunities for new event formats and engagement tactics to enhance player experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in LiveOps, game operations, or related roles.
• Strong background in building live events, seasonal content, and time-limited in-game promotions.
• Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve issues in a fast-paced, live service environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of player behaviors and motivations in free-to-play games.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Art, Analytics, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
