What you will do

• Execute LiveOps campaigns using bespoke in-house tools.
• Coordinate with QA to validate functionality and ensure error-free releases.
• Monitor live events and investigate any operational issues.
• Manage customer communication channels, including in-app messages and push notifications, using segmentation.
• Set up and manage AB testing to optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, Art, and Economy teams across Spain and the United States.

Requirements

• Must be based in Seville, Spain for hybrid work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders (QA, analytics, art, product).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
• Technical proficiency in using high-complexity tools and programs.
• Resume/CV must be written in English.
