What you will do

• Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for LiveOps tools and infrastructure.
• Own planning, scheduling, and delivery for tooling initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Partner with engineering, product, and design to translate operational requirements into scalable solutions.
• Analyze and optimize workflows to reduce manual effort and increase automation.
• Act as the primary communication bridge between Live Game leadership and engineering teams.
• Drive best practices in release management, QA, and monitoring to ensure tooling stability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of production experience in gaming, with 2+ years focused on LiveOps, tools, or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of backend systems, pipelines, and live operations tooling.
• Proven track record of delivering internal tools and systems at scale.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to align diverse stakeholders.
• Must be based in the UK for remote work or able to work hybrid in Barcelona.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with Monopoly GO! or other high-scale F2P titles.
• Familiarity with event configuration systems, economy balancing tools, or A/B testing platforms.
• Background in software development or technical production.
