Salary: £105,000 – £130,000 base + Double OTE (uncapped)

What you will do

• Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across strategic enterprise accounts within the DACH region.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from initial discovery through to closing.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level, technical, and compliance stakeholders.
• Deliver value-led conversations regarding AI, application security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and marketing to effectively target regulated industries.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales.
• Proven success in managing complex enterprise deals exceeding €250k.
• Strong understanding of DORA, CRA, OWASP, and secure software practices.
• Experience selling highly technical solutions to technical buyers and executives.
• Strong Salesforce knowledge with excellent pipeline and forecasting discipline.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup based in London or Farnham
