What you will do

• Track client directed cash flows from receipt of instruction to delivery.
• Investigate and resolve client-related cash breaks.
• Test Order Management Systems (OMS) to identify bugs and enhancements.
• Maintain accurate client data on Salesforce and deliver KPI reports.
• Support client onboarding, transitions, and investment flow activities.
• Identify and implement process efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1-3 years’ experience in client service (investment management experience preferred).
• Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel and Power Automate.
• Must be based in or able to work in Chicago (Hybrid).
• Strong professional communication skills for client interaction.
