What you will do

• Analyze Life & Annuity business processes, document findings, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with DPOs and business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and support ongoing initiatives.
• Create process maps, workflows, presentations, and documentation to simplify complex processes and support decision-making.
• Track tasks, deliverables, and project updates while ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to facilitate communication and alignment on objectives.
• Support project activities such as requirements gathering, issue tracking, status reporting, and process reviews.

Requirements

• Experience in the Life Insurance, Annuities, or broader Insurance industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience creating process documentation, workflow diagrams, and business process maps.
• Ability to simplify complex business concepts into clear, easy-to-understand process flows and visual documentation.
