TL;DR

Senior Account Manager (Financials): Managing a portfolio of existing accounts in North America to drive growth for a commodities and energy data platform with an accent on client relationship building and strategic growth. Focus on expanding partnerships with hedge funds and banks and optimizing data-driven solutions for financial institutions.

Location: Hybrid. Must be located in New York (or surrounding area) or Houston and have legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 per year

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of North American accounts to meet and exceed annual sales growth targets.
  • Act as a commercial partner for budgeting, multi-year planning, and demand reporting.
  • Gather market and competitor insights directly from clients to inform product strategy.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with sales teams for forecasting.
  • Represent the company externally with professional credibility.
  • Contribute to broader corporate projects and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling SaaS, DaaS, or data solutions to banks, hedge funds, and asset managers in North America.
  • Deep knowledge of commodities markets and current trends.
  • Legal authorization to live and work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and unstructured environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
