Principal Solutions Engineer (Banking)

Location: Amsterdam, with an option to work from the Atlanta hub in a flexible hybrid environment.

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to banking customers and understand their business needs.
• Design, demonstrate, and present hirify.global solutions that address complex banking challenges.
• Guide prospects through the full sales cycle, including technology deep dives, proof of concepts, workshops, and feedback generation.
• Lead customer-facing solution discussions and support commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other internal teams.
• Engage with prospects, clients, and distributed teams across international markets.

Requirements

• High technical aptitude and a strong focus on customer service.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for building client relationships.
• Proven understanding of modern enterprise software architectures and mobile and web technologies.
• Knowledge of Java, Spring, Angular, iOS, Android, and Kubernetes.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a practical, delivery-focused approach.
• Experience in financial services, especially banking, is preferred.
