Salary: $130,000–$165,000

What you will do

  • Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
  • Initiate contact with key decision-makers and P&L owners at large insurance carriers.
  • Demonstrate proof points and value creation from the first meeting.
  • Execute the company sales playbook to land new accounts and deliver ongoing value.
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to maintain a methodical and organized sales process.
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to clients to identify strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Experience driving new logo sales with top-tier companies.
  • Experience in a growth-stage company during hypergrowth.
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to build client relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM and sales tools.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA

Nice to have

  • FinTech industry experience.
  • Experience selling solutions directly into insurance carriers.
