What you will do

• Manage day-to-day metering data across the portfolio to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Resolve queries and issues related to meter functionality and data flows.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for meter installation and maintenance.
• Identify and support the upgrade of sites to SMART or AMR meters.
• Investigate and fix data issues that impact the billing process.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal metering processes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
