TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Norwich, United Kingdom

Salary: £26,000–£32,000 per year

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure desired customer outcomes.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing client base.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Sales Enablement, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on service adoption and usage metrics.
  • Act as a customer advocate to drive product development and service improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles.
  • Strong background in B2B relationship management.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive business goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to meet deadlines.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
