hirify.global is a digital healthcare company building a preventive health ecosystem with brands like Juniper, focusing on long-term care and obesity management.

What you will do

  • Conduct full due diligence for new markets, including competitive landscape, regulatory environments, and commercial sizing.
  • Own end-to-end market launches from initial local hiring to the acquisition of the first patient.
  • Manage the P&L of launched markets, using data-driven experiments to optimize the funnel and scale growth.
  • Negotiate and establish partnerships with pharma companies and pharmacy infrastructure.
  • Lead complex cross-functional workstreams and hire and develop local talent.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in high-pressure environments such as MBB consulting, investment banking, law, or high-growth startups.
  • Expertise in commercial modelling, including the ability to build and defend assumptions from scratch.
  • Strong background in independent market research and producing structured investment theses.
  • Proven track record in commercial negotiation and complex project management.
  • Must be based in or be able to relocate to London.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience building data dashboards.
