What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for global HEOR programmes, specifically focusing on JCA submissions and evidence synthesis.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of statisticians, health economists, and scientific project leads.
• Lead client-facing communications, maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
• Oversee project resourcing, financial tracking, and manage scope changes through change order processes.
• Develop and standardize project management tools and templates to enhance delivery quality and consistency.
• Support strategic portfolio oversight and resource allocation in collaboration with senior leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project or portfolio management within consulting, life sciences, or HEOR.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in a client-facing role leading project management communications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple concurrent priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Must be based in the UK (London mentioned).

• Familiarity with JCA submissions, HTA processes, or global evidence strategy programmes.
• Experience coordinating work delivered by statisticians and health economists.
