What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for HEOR programs, including planning, resourcing, and risk management.
• Lead client-facing communications, managing timelines, reports, and scope change processes.
• Coordinate internal workflows between evidence synthesis, statistics, and health economic modelling teams.
• Oversee strategic portfolio prioritization and optimize resource allocation with senior leadership.
• Develop and standardize project management tools and templates to improve delivery quality.
• Support proposal development and study start-up activities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project or portfolio management within consulting, life sciences, or HEOR.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in a client-facing role leading project management communications.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project tracking tools is an advantage.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom

Nice to have

• Experience supporting HEOR, evidence synthesis, or market access projects.
• Familiarity with JCA submissions, HTA processes, or global evidence strategy.
• Experience coordinating work delivered by statisticians and health economists.
• Awareness of project financials and resourcing constraints.
