What you will do

• Research and interpret IFRS and local GAAP accounting standards.
• Provide technical accounting advice for complex transactions and draft policy documentation.
• Support the year-end external audit and internal audit processes.
• Prepare statutory accounts and annual reports across multiple subsidiaries and jurisdictions.
• Lead efforts to improve financial process efficiency in preparation for an IPO.
• Collaborate with key colleagues outside the wider finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Qualified accountant certification (ACCA, ACA, ACMA, CPA, etc.).
• Strong domain expertise in IFRS and local GAAP.
• Experience in financial reporting and statutory accounts preparation.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar enterprise-grade systems.
• Business level written and spoken English.

• Experience at a large public accounting firm or public multinational corporate accounting department.
