What you will do

• Plan and manage partner marketing activities and budgets within defined guidelines.
• Execute strategic partner marketing programs and track success through program metrics.
• Create quarterly joint marketing plans with high-fit partners to drive channel revenue.
• Collaborate with regional sales and revenue marketing to provide consultative expert support.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including channel sales and partner strategy.
• Integrate AI into marketing campaigns and stay current on channel marketing best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of channel marketing experience with a focus on the Japan market.
• Fluent Japanese and business-level English required.
• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot (or similar MAP), and PRM software (e.g., Impartner).
• Experience managing partner marketing funding (MDF) programs.
• Ability to drive visibility of regional performance within a global organization.
