Principal Solutions Architect (AI Cloud)

Location: Remote from the Middle East, with preference for candidates based in the United Arab Emirates; travel across the Middle East is required as needed.

Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform for data processing, model training, inference, and production deployment, with headquarters in Amsterdam and R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America, and Israel.

What you will do

• Own technical presales and solution delivery for strategic and enterprise customers, from discovery and PoCs through architecture design and production readiness.
• Advise CTOs, ML leaders, platform engineering teams, and AI infrastructure stakeholders.
• Design ML/AI infrastructure and MLOps architectures for large-scale training and inference on GPU-accelerated cloud platforms.
• Create reference architectures, Infrastructure-as-Code solutions, and deployment patterns using Nebius AI.
• Lead workshops, architecture reviews, executive presentations, and advanced PoCs.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Marketing while mentoring other Solutions Architects and influencing product roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in senior technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Systems Architect, or ML Platform Engineer, including significant customer-facing work.
• Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, networking, storage, Kubernetes, containers, and GPU-accelerated computing.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, MLOps, model training, inference, and large-scale GPU environments.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise architectures, technical discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and proof-of-concepts.
• Strong experience with enterprise customers and regional technology ecosystems across the GCC countries.
• Native or fluent Arabic and professional English are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with hyperscale cloud providers or AI infrastructure companies.
• Experience supporting sovereign cloud, government, or regulated-industry customers.
• Knowledge of modern AI frameworks, distributed training technologies, and open-source AI tooling.
• Public speaking experience and existing relationships in the regional AI, cloud, or enterprise technology ecosystem.
