What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation to demonstrate the value of the AI-powered DevSecOps platform.
• Own the technical evaluation process, including proof of value initiatives, workshops, and tender responses.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to shape account strategies and drive new customer acquisition and expansion.
• Build trusted relationships with technical and business leaders to guide their digital transformation journeys.
• Advise customers on modern CI/CD, security, and cloud practices to improve return on investment.
• Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback and competitive insights to Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Deep proficiency with the end-to-end software development lifecycle and modern DevSecOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global or comparable CI/CD and source control platforms.
• Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts, deployment, and security operations.
• Proven ability to lead technical evaluations, workshops, and value stream assessments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to both technical practitioners and senior decision-makers.
