Business Analysis Associate

What you will do

• Work with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives, operational processes, and delivery challenges.
• Lead requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, process analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
• Analyze processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement.
• Document business, functional, and non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, use cases, and decision logs.
• Bridge business stakeholders and delivery teams while collaborating with product, project, architecture, engineering, design, and QA functions.
• Support backlog refinement, solution validation, testing, UAT, change impact assessments, requirements traceability, and business adoption.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, Product Delivery, Digital Transformation, PMO, or related delivery roles.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, requirements management, business process modeling, and solution lifecycle management.
• Experience eliciting and documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements and producing BRDs, user stories, process maps, use cases, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.
• Experience facilitating workshops, managing stakeholders, and working across Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Professional proficiency in English and willingness to travel based on client and project requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Digital Transformation, Digital Commerce, Enterprise Technology, Data & Analytics, AI, ERP, CRM, Cloud, or business transformation programs.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN, or UML.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, data modeling, reporting, Business Intelligence, or analytics concepts.
• Exposure to Product Management, Project Management, Agile Delivery, Change Management, or Business Architecture.
• Professional certifications such as ECBA/CCBA, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or PRINCE2 Foundation.
