Senior Associate Commercial Reporting

What you will do

• Develop and enhance Tableau reports, dashboards, and reporting solutions for field sales and brand performance.
• Document business requirements and translate them into analytical and reporting deliverables.
• Integrate commercial data sources to generate insights and tactical recommendations for Commercial leadership.
• Define business rules and quality-control standards to maintain reporting accuracy.
• Support weekly dashboard releases, portal communications, data inquiries, and field training materials.
• Collaborate with Commercial Data and Analytics and cross-functional business and technical teams while ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience with a university degree, or equivalent experience based on a master's or bachelor's degree.
• Degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Healthcare, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Tableau or comparable business-intelligence tools, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data management, business analysis, solution design, dashboarding, and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, time-management, and process-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with brand, sales, field, commercial, or incentive-compensation reporting.
• Experience with Agile or similar project-delivery methodologies.
• Experience in dashboard design, data-visualization best practices, process optimization, automation, or operational excellence.
