Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal

What you will do

• Analyze business processes and design functional solutions.
• Write clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Manage change requests and perform impact analysis.
• Support applications throughout the full lifecycle.
• Analyze data and prepare reports using SQL.
• Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar functional role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Good knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial systems, including payments, asset management, or banking.
• French language skills.
