Senior Business Analyst, AI Studio (AI)

Salary: €50,417.75–€68,212.25 per year

What you will do

• Lead business discovery for AI, automation, process intelligence, digital workflow, and productivity opportunities across AI Studio.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into structured opportunity statements covering problems, stakeholders, future states, value drivers, risks, dependencies, and success measures.
• Document current-state and future-state processes using process flows, SIPOC diagrams, value stream maps, journey maps, capability maps, and decision flows.
• Support intake triage, prioritization, business case development, value assessments, and evidence-based portfolio decisions.
• Prepare business context, scope, data and content sources, access and security needs, and stakeholder commitments for technical review.
• Create leadership-ready summaries and support clear handoffs from discovery into solution design, delivery planning, and implementation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years, or a post-secondary diploma and at least 10 years.
• Professional experience in business analysis, business architecture, process improvement, product analysis, or digital transformation.
• Strong business architecture, process analysis, problem-framing, analytical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading discovery, documenting processes and value drivers, developing business cases, and preparing decision-ready recommendations.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional and global teams.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, automation, process intelligence, digital workflow, enterprise platforms, or business transformation.
• Familiarity with UiPath, DocuSign, Celonis, Microsoft Power Platform, custom GPTs, ChatGPT, or comparable technologies.
• Knowledge of SIPOC, value stream mapping, BPMN, journey mapping, capability mapping, or process capability analysis.
• Experience with Agile, SAFe, Scrum, DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, Visio, or comparable tools.
• Knowledge of regulated life sciences requirements such as GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, or computer system validation.
