At Hoxhunt, we are actively building real threat intelligence and response tools that protect organizations against malicious cyberattacks every single day.

As our Growth Marketing Manager for Organic Growth, your mission is to help scale Hoxhunt’s organic growth and AI-assisted distribution engine.

As buyers increasingly discover and evaluate vendors through AI-generated recommendations, modern search and social channels, strong organic visibility and distribution have become a critical growth lever. You’ll help shape how Hoxhunt is found, understood and discussed across modern buyer journeys.




YOUR ROLE
This role sits within the Growth team in our Global Marketing function and focuses on increasing our visibility, discoverability and engagement across modern search, AI-driven discovery and organic distribution channels.

You’ll work at the intersection of SEO, GEO, social distribution, lifecycle marketing, AI-assisted content operations and growth experimentation, ensuring Hoxhunt is consistently found, cited and discussed when buyers research cybersecurity challenges and solutions.

This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys operating fast, building scalable workflows and combining creativity with systems thinking.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Growth, Strategic Communications and Regional Demand teams to scale and distribute product narratives, customer insights and market perspectives across multiple channels.




WHAT YOU’LL DO
Organic growth & discoverability

* Own and develop Hoxhunt’s SEO, GEO and AI-search discoverability strategy


* Improve visibility across search engines, LLM-generated recommendations and cybersecurity comparison conversations


* Identify high-intent content opportunities tied to ICP pain points, buyer journeys and competitive positioning


* Monitor and optimize organic performance, discoverability share, engagement and pipeline influence across organic channels


* Monitor competitor visibility, category conversations and discoverability trends to identify growth opportunities and visibility gaps



AI-assisted content operations

* Build scalable AI-assisted workflows for content production, repurposing and distribution


* Use tools like Claude, ChatGPT and modern AI tooling to improve output quality, experimentation velocity and operational efficiency


* Continuously improve content systems, workflows and distribution processes


* Help shape scalable AI-assisted ways of working across the broader Growth organization



Organic distribution & scalability

* Create and scale organic distribution across social, newsletter and community channels


* Build scalable expert-led distribution through internal SMEs, leadership amplification and social-first content systems


* Turn customer insights, product narratives and market trends into high-performing content formats


* Partner closely with Paid Social to extend the reach and performance of high-performing organic content



Lifecycle & engagement

* Create lifecycle and nurture content that supports engagement, activation and pipeline influence


* Contribute to experimentation around messaging, conversion and audience engagement Support growth initiatives across the full funnel
