What you will do

• Develop and optimize growth marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels to generate high-quality leads.
• Build and manage a continuous experiment pipeline to iterate on audience, creative, and channel strategies.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to align growth tactics and goals.
• Measure and report on campaign performance against internal targets and competitor benchmarks.
• Set OKRs and lead quarterly/annual business reviews with executive stakeholders.
• Manage program budget and ROI, building business cases for new growth investments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in demand generation for B2B technology products or services.
• Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn, GDN, SEO, content marketing, and email.
• Deep understanding of tracking and attribution tools, specifically Google Analytics and GTM.
• Mastery of hypothesis-guided optimization and A/B testing best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in San Francisco

Nice to have

• Technical background in building ML models or experience marketing AI products.
• Experience with website CMS, landing page, and personalization platforms.
• Advanced reporting skills using Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar tools.
• Design and media editing skills in Figma, Adobe Suite, or Canva.
