What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end customs workstream, including planning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Lead subprojects focused on process harmonization, standardization, and digitalization of foreign trade.
• Integrate customs requirements into the SAP S/4HANA ERP landscape and connected customs solutions.
• Coordinate business requirements with international subsidiaries and relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee project risks, manage change implementation, and prepare training and process documentation.
• Develop project management methods and governance structures for Trade Compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in customs compliance or import/export operations.
• Proficiency in using SAP and AEB.
• Fluent German and good knowledge of English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for customs documentation accuracy.
• Ability to work onsite in Bayreuth, Germany.
