What you will do

• Lead and develop a cross-European indirect procurement team of seven professionals.
• Oversee the strategic planning and execution of the multi-year SAP Ariba rollout across the organization.
• Implement an ABC Vendor Strategy to identify, onboard, and manage preferred suppliers.
• Drive measurable improvements in contract negotiations and spend management, specifically for IT and Logistics categories.
• Act as a trusted business partner for internal departments to align procurement with overall financial goals.
• Identify and implement digital workflow improvements to enhance procurement efficiency.

Requirements

• Fluent English, German, and Polish (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in strategic procurement and contract negotiation.
• Experience in disciplinary leadership and the development of employees.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Berlin, Germany.
