What you will do

• Lead and govern complex, global supply chain and logistics projects from initial diagnostic to final digital implementation.
• Architect and optimize international transportation networks to maximize lead times, cost-efficiency, and sustainability.
• Design comprehensive tender frameworks and lead high-level negotiations for strategic logistics partnerships.
• Transform raw operational data into advanced visualizations and network simulations for C-level stakeholders.
• Partner with global tier-1 customers to align consulting services with their strategic growth goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in supply chain and logistics consulting or a strategic corporate role.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, international logistics projects and networks.
• Full professional fluency in both German and English (C1) for C-level presentations and negotiations.
• Must be based in Germany.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of visibility platforms, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and automation tools.
• Experience establishing Project Management Office (PMO) structures in multi-modal logistics environments.
