TL;DR

Strategy & Business Development Operations Lead (Cybersecurity/GTM): Building and operationalizing the go-to-market strategy for hirify.global for Good with an accent on nonprofit and sustainability-focused enterprise segments. Focus on designing GTM playbooks, optimizing CRM operational infrastructure, and scaling a new business unit from first principles.

Location: Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid)

Salary: $170,000 — $233,200 USD

What you will do

  • Build a comprehensive, integrated GTM strategy, defining target personas and mapping customer journeys.
  • Partner with sales teams to develop playbooks, messaging frameworks, and account strategies.
  • Pursue strategic partnerships with industry associations, networks, and consultants to accelerate market penetration.
  • Own and optimize operational infrastructure, including CRM processes, KPI reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Establish and track metrics such as pipeline velocity and conversion rates to refine market approach.
  • Scale the business unit and eventually build and lead a larger team.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of GTM strategy, business development, or sales operations experience in B2B software/SaaS.
  • 2+ years of managerial or leadership experience.
  • Direct experience in a nonprofit or sustainability sales division or mission-focused business unit.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years of experience with a Master’s degree.
  • Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
