Location: Remote (United States or Canada)
Compensation: $145K – $195K + Equity

What you will do
- Own sales architecture, CRM hygiene, workflows, and reporting.
- Build KPI dashboards for pipeline, forecasting, conversion, and revenue visibility.
- Run forecasting and deal review cadences with sales leadership.
- Administer and optimize the broader GTM technology stack.
- Improve lead routing, pipeline workflows, and handoff processes.
- Support onboarding, enablement, and documentation for sales processes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in Sales, Revenue, or GTM Operations at a B2B SaaS company.
- Deep expertise in CRM architecture and sales reporting workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, BI tools, and spreadsheets.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience in the cybersecurity or infrastructure industry.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled RevOps tooling.
- Experience as an early or founding RevOps hire.
- Experience supporting PLG motions and product-led sales signals.
