Location: Remote (US). Offices available in Austin, San Francisco, and New York.

Salary: $150,000 — $175,000 (Base), $300,000 — $350,000 (OTE)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end GTM motion for HRM, including revenue, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Drive engagement with CISOs and partner with global sales teams across all segments.
• Advise and optimize the AE and CSM sales motions specifically for the HRM product.
• Develop competitive positioning through battle cards, demo narratives, and deal-desk strategies.
• Build the demand engine via cross-selling into the existing base and coordinating outbound campaigns with Marketing and BDRs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or GTM.
• Proven track record of hitting targets for new or category-defining product lines in cybersecurity or SaaS.
• Experience in Human Risk Management, Security Awareness Training, phishing simulation, or phishing defense.
• Ability to act as the primary face of HRM when presenting to CISOs.
• High agency and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
