Head of Solutions Engineering (SaaS): Leading and scaling the regional Solutions Engineering organization across North America to drive technical win rates and accelerate deals with an accent on cross-functional GTM partnership and operational excellence. Focus on building repeatable best practices for diverse segments and designing AI-driven efficiency improvements.
Location: Remote (Must be based in the US and authorized to work without sponsorship)
Salary: $298K – $351K

What you will do
- Own SE attach rate, win rate, and revenue per SE across all Americas segments from Early Stage to Strategic.
- Partner with Sales and Account Management leaders to optimize technical coverage and shorten sales cycles.
- Lead and develop a multi-segment team of Solutions Engineers, fostering a culture of speed and customer obsession.
- Collaborate with Product teams to surface field signals and influence the product roadmap.
- Establish operational excellence through SE scorecards, QBRs, and data hygiene in Salesforce and Gong.
- Design and implement AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency and outcome quality.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting in SaaS.
- 5+ years in a people leadership role managing SE teams across multiple segments.
- Proven track record of partnering with VP and Director-level Sales leadership to co-own outcomes.
- Ability to build measurable and repeatable operational systems.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
- Experience in GRC, compliance, security, or identity is a strong plus.
