Salary: $239,000 – $265,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Optimize core sales operations processes across lead management, account and territory design, and pipeline governance.
• Build scalable systems, workflows, and automation to improve data quality and seller productivity.
• Lead territory planning and fiscal planning processes to align coverage with market opportunity.
• Partner cross-functionally to streamline commercial operations, including RFPs, security reviews, and compliance requests.
• Establish operational metrics and reporting to improve visibility and business performance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing operations team while driving strategic GTM initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or GTM Operations within high-growth technology companies.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep expertise in sales systems, process design, territory planning, and operational scaling.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce, SQL, and Excel.
• Must be based in New York City or be able to relocate there.
