What you will do

• Execute accurate end-to-end payroll processing for hourly and salaried employees, including retroactive adjustments.
• Act as a power user for UKG (Kronos) to manage system interfaces, master-file audits, and data integrity.
• Ensure all payroll activities comply with union contracts, labor policies, and statutory taxation requirements.
• Perform monthly general ledger reconciliations and provide necessary support during internal and external audits.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding pay details, deductions, and disability payments.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of dedicated payroll experience, ideally within a multi-site manufacturing setting.
• Required proficiency in UKG (formerly Kronos).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically pivot tables and data manipulation.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and reconciliation of payroll interfaces.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

• Experience with PeopleSoft, SAP (General Ledger), and Workday.
• Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification or equivalent.
