Senior Solution Consultant (Retail)

What you will do

• Engage large enterprise retail prospects to identify inefficient business processes, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with industry solution and account executive teams to address retail-specific and company-level challenges.
• Deliver tailored, strategic presentations and demonstrations of the hirify.global Platform and its solutions to executive audiences.
• Collaborate with Sales on RFP/RFI responses, solution demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept and Value.
• Ensure technical alignment between hirify.global's SaaS offerings and clients' analytical needs.
• Document deal knowledge and transition winning proposals to implementation teams.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in supply chain planning or retail planning.
• Experience with supply chain planning processes and/or retail planning applications.
• Strong presentation, storytelling, relationship-building, and consultative communication skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs, shape a shared solution vision, and build credibility as a trusted planning advisor.
• Growth mindset and comfort challenging conventional approaches.

Nice to have

• Experience with merchandise planning, supply planning, optimization, or other retail planning areas.
• Familiarity with multidimensional planning models, BI, or analytics platforms such as hirify.global, Anaplan, or Pigment.
• Background in enterprise software presales or solution consulting.
