Location: Remote (Must be focused on the North American retail industry segment)

What you will do

• Engage large enterprise prospects to identify pain points and create efficiencies in complex use-cases.
• Deliver executive-level presentations and strategic demonstrations of the hirify.global Platform and Solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales teams on RFP/RFI completion and execute Proof of Concepts (PoC) for prospects.
• Cross-train teammates and partners to enhance subject matter expertise in hirify.global Solutions.
• Maintain thought leadership and industry engagement to create product awareness in the marketplace.
• Ensure technical fit between SaaS offerings and client needs, and manage the handoff to the implementation team.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in supply chain planning or retail planning.
• Must be focused on the North American retail industry segment.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to take a consultative approach to shape a shared vision for a solution based on customer needs.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and demonstrate thought leadership in the planning space.

Nice to have

• Experience with Merchandise Planning, Supply Planning, or Optimization.
• Familiarity with multi-dimensional planning models or BI/Analytics platforms (e.g., Anaplan, Pigment).
• Background in enterprise software presales or solution consulting.
