Senior Solutions Consultant (Identity)

Location: Remote role based in the Netherlands, with travel across Europe and up to 30% travel required

What you will do

• Deliver product demonstrations and lead technical sales discussions remotely and onsite across Europe.
• Partner with sales teams to create tailored, value-driven pitches focused on identity.
• Assess client business, functional, and technical needs and design solutions using the RiskOps platform.
• Manage RFPs, RFIs, tenders, and formal proposals throughout the sales cycle.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and proposal content.
• Coordinate with Product and Delivery teams to support client engagements and share market insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent proven experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience in Financial Services, with a focus on Identity.
• Commercial or sales experience as a Solutions Consultant or Pre-sales Engineer selling enterprise software.
• Experience with a growth-stage enterprise SaaS company.
• Strong business acumen, executive presence, presentation, listening, organization, and problem-solving skills.
