TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (SaaS/Franchise): Managing a strategic book of business and driving net-new revenue for the franchise and multi-location sector with an accent on outbound prospecting and consultative solution selling. Focus on executing the full sales cycle for Mid-Market accounts and leveraging the Sandler sales methodology to solve complex business problems.

Location: Chicago (Hybrid/Remote available). Must be based in the US.

Salary: $44 - $61 per hour

What you will do

  • Manage a strategic book of business, mapping target brands and analyzing verticals for platform fit.
  • Self-source high-fit accounts and execute daily outbound prospecting using creative outreach strategies.
  • Conduct deep discovery utilizing the Sandler sales methodology to uncover business problems and architect solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle of complex Mid-Market deals, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Engage with prospects virtually and in-person at industry forums to expand the company footprint.
  • Collaborate with teammates to share innovative strategies and iterate on successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of quota-carrying experience in a SaaS solution-selling environment.
  • 1–3+ years of specialized experience selling into franchise or multi-location businesses.
  • Proven experience navigating complex business structures within the Mid-Market/Commercial segment.
  • Familiarity with Sandler or Challenger sales methodologies.
  • Strong subject matter expertise in the email and online marketing space.
  • US-based work authorization (required for 401k and health benefits eligibility).
