Salary: $230,000 - $275,000 USD

What you will do

• Drive efficient monthly close processes and quarterly financial reporting.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting and collections team.
• Collaborate with Alarm.com finance teams on technical accounting and SEC reporting.
• Partner with IT and finance transformation teams to lead ERP implementation.
• Build trusted partnerships with business leaders to align accounting with company goals.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience in technology or public accounting.
• Active CPA required.
• Extensive experience with multiple ERP systems and implementation projects.
• Strong command of GAAP, technical accounting, and financial reporting standards.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship available).
• Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence.
