What you will do

• Lead SEC financial reporting, technical accounting, and equity compensation oversight.
• Oversee worldwide global general ledger close processes and manage Oracle ERP systems.
• Draft technical accounting whitepapers to support unique transactions including M&A.
• Act as the primary liaison to external auditors and manage internal SOX audits.
• Lead automation projects and integrate AI tools to improve process efficiencies.
• Manage and mentor accounting staff across the US and international locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA certification required.
• 10+ years of audit and accounting experience, including at least 5 years in public accounting (financial audit under US GAAP).
• Strong knowledge of and experience with U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Strong project management skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work from California, USA.
