What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients booking groups of 10-150 rooms.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to provide personalized service.
- Develop new leads and research business potential within assigned markets.
- Manage internet-based lead websites and make direct calls to potential clients.
- Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure the successful execution of meetings and events.
- Meet and maintain specific revenue performance quotas.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of previous hotel experience.
- 1 year of hotel sales experience.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Prefer completion of a Corporate Management Training program or equivalent.
