What you will do

• Identify and recruit restaurant partners to build a robust supply network that meets customer demand.
• Navigate complex discussions regarding commission, operational capacity, delivery logistics, and menu requirements.
• Onboard new restaurants into the program while ensuring operational efficiency and reliable outcomes.
• Document all processes and progress within the CRM to maintain an organized pipeline.
• Train new restaurant partners and oversee their performance during initial order execution.
• Identify strategic opportunities to improve supply network quality and internal processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in sales, onboarding, or implementation roles.
• Must be based in the United States as the company does not sponsor work visas.
• Proven ability to manage multiple goals and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle high volumes of daily calls and emails.
• Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team gatherings and Together Weeks.
• Adaptability to changing demands and a proactive, scrappy approach to problem-solving.
